Very good service, the check in was a bit too long we arrived at 3pm and the check in didn't open till 5pm it was too late for check in, a good stay the room was good and the location was great easy and accessible

Pros: Friendly staff, shuttle service to city centre during the film festival. nice, lively neighbourhood. fairly close to the sea.
Cons: The 4-person suite was tiny, barely enough room for two. washing of dishes impossible because of lack of utensils. ill-equipped bathroom. no hot water in the shower, in spite of reporting at the reception. wifi not free as advertised, but rather 3 euro / 1h.
