Great location in the heart of Nice and excellent 24hour service provided by staff. Found the room a little small but fine for my 2 night stay.

Pros: Location fantastic and staff were helpful.
Cons: Noise from lift, also rooms did not have air con (although they did have fan this wasn't as effective). also the rooms were quite small so while this hotel was fine for 2 nights i'm not sure if i would choose it for a longer stay.

Pros: acanthe is situated accross the main road form the old town adn is in a fair position for tourists who wish to go to the sea and old town and also for the shops and museums. the hotel was clean and tidy.
Cons: The room was very small and the bathroom was obviously placed in an already exhistig room so taking the space. the light did not work even after a complaint. the outside was very noisy but as the room was double glazed we could close the window but this would be a problem in high summer.

Pros: -reception around the clock.. without that we would not be able to check-in!
