Pros: The hotel is very central. the management were very obliging about changing us to a different room when the first one was unsuitable. the new room (room 1) was modern and well situated.
Cons: There is no lift and the staircase is steep and rickety. the wifi does not work on the upper floor and there is an unshaded skylight directly avbove the bed in room 15. the rooms on the lower floors are much better.

Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly and considerate. the location is great, very close to the coast and the old city.
Cons: The hotel is a bit far from the train station and is not that suitable for people with heavy luggage; otherwise it is a nice budget hotel.

Pros: I think it was a very good hotel. the location, price, very helpful staff and it was superb to have a little balcony (room 5) to sit at both in evenings and mornings to eat breakfast and take a glas of rosé.
Cons: Little bit small rooms, at least for three persons.

Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful, fridge & kettle provided, air-conditioning in room was effective.
Cons: Room was on the 4th floor, no lift and toilet not secured to floor.

Pros: + room was very clean and given new towels every day and bedding changed every other day
+ room was very spacious
+ bathroom was spacious with a powerful shower
+ unbeatable location - in the middle of everything, a stone's throw from the beach and bus stations to get around the cote d'azur
+ considering it was one of the cheapest hotels we could find we were very impressed
Cons: - minor complaints with bathroom such as shower wouldn't stay on the holder so you had to hold the showerhead with your hands, and the bathroom had a tendency to flood after a shower
- we were given a room where the cleaners kept the linen and equipment, practically a cupboard in our room (although there was no door to access it from our room) which was a bit annoying they could be quite loud and sounded as though they were in the bathroom somewhere
-walls paper thin so you could hear everything throughout the hotel, probably to be expected for a budget hotel but i personally didn't feel our bedroom felt very private (if you catch my drift...)

for a budget hotel in a beautiful city though these complaints are negligible and another room away from the cleaner's cupboard may be completely different

Pros: If you like arty,quirky,clean,and convenient.a warm welcome awaits you. as a solo traveller i felt safe and welcome. i will stay here again.

Pros: Great location and very friendly staff

Pros: Everything was perfect! the location was beyond awesome and rooms were very comfortable and clean. most importantly, it was very quiet at night (even though it was on a busy street). toilets were spacious and very user friendly. it even had a hairdryer. staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. thumbs up! :)

Pros: Very good location, right in the heart of shops, restaurants and close to the beach. very helpful and friendly staff. breakfast was reasonably priced and perfectly adequate. room was very comfortable and clean.
Cons: No hot water for first 24 hrs but this was fixed. air con was working one day, then not so well the next. they were quick to mend things however.

Pros: Good central location. my double room was nice and the air conditioning was really good. my parent's room facing onto the main street kept the noise from the street out really well.
Cons: The room wasn't very well cleaned - hairs and fag buts in an ash tray. the twin room was very small. the hotel staff weren't particularly friendly

Pros: Excellent situation although a bit noisy late evening, freindly staff.

Pros: Very good location- right near the promenade des anglais. the staff is very friendly.
Cons: It is in a busy and loud part of town. i also found the walls to be very thin and you could hear very well.
