Pros: The only good think about this hotel was the balcony but besides that it was a bad hotel
Cons: The service was appalling! never have i been treated in such a bad manner and this was 2 out of the 3 people working at the front desk to which one was the manager. awful awful awful. was not helpful. placed us in a horrible room that the paint was peeling and none of the power points were working and when we asked to be moved they got narky at us. we left behind a couple of things in the previous room when we moved and when we told them that they said that nothing was left behind! did they think we were idiots?! we moved rooms and 30 mins later we realised we left things there and they refused to acknowledge. never again. there are better hotels to stay at in the area and i ended up staying in another 9 hotels with 3 star rating around europe and hotel carlton was by far the worst.
