There are many things to do in Nice if you are in here as a tourist. One of these is taking a walk along the Promenade des Anglais. This fantastic pathway has become so renowned for the beautiful view it offers that it has become quite a big favourite not only among locals but among visitors as well.

After taking in the museums and other attractions of Nice during the day, you can actually wind down and end the day with a stroll along the Promenade des Anglais. Be among the many people who take their time to go to this promenade, which encompasses the seashore for a number of kilometres. Aside from the strollers, there are also cyclists, rollerbladers and dog owners who frequent this area. You will also find blue chairs dotting the promenade, which is characteristic of the place. Sitting and relaxing in the promenade while taking in the azure blue skies is among the most pleasant things to do in Nice. The promenade became what it is now when Lewis Way financed the making of the two-metre wide path in 1822. He was an Englishman who lived in Nice during winter.
