The staff was very helpful we spoke to various front desk staff members and each was very helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions as well as securing a ride to the airport very early in the morning. The staff at breakfast was attentive and the room comfortable. The stay was very nice

The Location was very good. Just some minutes to walk to the main Atractions. The Breakfast was also good. The Internet was not so good and the Bed. We ordered a big bed and we got two single bed. We cant sleep together .

Pros: Front desk staff was helpful and spoke very good english.
Cons: Our room was nothing special, particularly for a four star hotel. and because we stayed in december it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor patio, which is the highlight of the hotel. i would not recommend this hotel during the winter, and certianly not for the price.

Pros: I had to make several requests of different members of staff( ordering an ironing-board to room, directions in city, ordering a taxi to airport, recommmendations for dining locations etc) and each was very helpful and courteous.
Cons: The bed matress was of a very poor quality.
