 "I had an extrememly good reception, the staff could not have been more..."
Pros: I had an extrememly good reception, the staff could not have been more helpful, the room was kept as clean as one would expect and hope. i enjoyed my stay.
Cons: Some guest had infected the computer so i couldn't use it - but the staff assitance made up for that
