Room very clean every day. staff very professional and courteous.good breakfast selection. no problems encountererd.
Because of central location, there was lots of noise from local bars and rubbish collection vehicles in the night. we were frequently woken up. better double glazing and air conditioning would solve this.Anonymous

When we arrived we found that the room was cramped, we decided to upgrade at extra cost and our request was dealt with very efficiently by reception staff who spoke excellent englishIf we had not been able to change our room our stay would have not been as pleasant. it was unhelpful for the penalty for late arrival or no show to be in french on your email. we did not realise that a deduction of the cost of one nights stay would be made before we got there, to be refunded after our stay.Endacott

Excellent location.good sized room and bathroom facilities.good breakfast.Most electrical appliances not working on room on arrival. it may have been saturday early evening but it was not until 10.00pm when we demanded either the problem was solved or another room that the problem wes fixed. it happened to only be a fuse problem.
