the staff was very service minded and the breakfast buffet excellent.
Cons: Slightly too small a room and the view we had was not great as it was into an air vent (but this is not really a worry).
Cons: Website directions were for a complicated route. a much simpler direct route existed

Cons: Because of central location, there was lots of noise from local bars and rubbish collection vehicles in the night. we were frequently woken up. better double glazing and air conditioning would solve this.
Cons: Most electrical appliances not working on room on arrival. it may have been saturday early evening but it was not until 10.00pm when we demanded either the problem was solved or another room that the problem wes fixed. it happened to only be a fuse problem.
Cons: If we had not been able to change our room our stay would have not been as pleasant. it was unhelpful for the penalty for late arrival or no show to be in french on your email. we did not realise that a deduction of the cost of one nights stay would be made before we got there, to be refunded after our stay.
