Known not only for its art collections, the building of the Musee d'Art Moderne et d'Art Contemporain or MAMAC is also considered as an architectural triumph. This is because the towers of this building is made of Carrara marble and are linked using glass footbridges. At the top of the structure, a terrace-cum-walkway with the name of Jardin d'Eden can be found. This can give visitors a great view of the city, making coming here one of the most favored things to do in Nice. Art works from the 1950s up to this day are permanently displayed in this museum, including some fine pop art pieces by Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein.
