Good value for money - towards back of resort however tram stop on doorstep which is only 1 euro to go anywhere & takes you to the old town/new town eec which are about a mile from the hotel. It is walking distance but nice to have the tram when you don't want to walk. The room is modern enough but they should update the bathrooms next although there were no major issues wiith them. The pool area was better than expected though new loungers are needed & maybe a few extra. The bar & restaurant were great & good value for money especially at a hotel. There was entertainment on Fri & Sat which was nice as well. Definitely nice roof top chill out place. Its also ideal location for a short walk to the train station which takes you to Monaco & Cannes. The transport systems are pretty good. Would stay at the hotel again with no issues however might prefer one nearer the old town/new town but no real issues at all.

The NH Hotel was a good choice for us, as we didn´t want to spend too much money on a hotel close to the sea. The location was not bad at all, there is a tram stop very close to the hotel and the Promenade des Anglais is only a few minutes away by tram (single ticket 1 euro). The hotel was clean and our superior room was quite spacious with a nice view towards the square. At the front desk not everyone had a very good command of English, as they sometimes did not understand our rather basic questions. Still they were very helpful. There is a nice swimming pool and restaurant on the roof, not too crowded even in July. Another good thing is that there is a shopping center and a Carrefour only two blocks away. The breakfast at the hotel was not worth 15 euros, but the food in the restaurant was excellent.

Stayed for 4 nights on a business trip, excellent service, spacious & clean rooms with bar 'fridge.Location a bit out of the way, but suitable if you have to attend Nice Acropolis.Excellent hotel. Pity they couldn't fix the weather...

Upon arrival, we were told we had to park our car in a multistory car park which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. This was at an additional cost of 20 Euros per night.After check-in, we arrived in a room that didn't smell very fresh, had cigarette burns in the sofa, cob webs behind the bathroom door, a cracked sink and the batteries in the remote control were dead.During the first night, we came to the conclusion that the air conditioning also was not working.The following morning I complained about all of these aspects and left for the day telling them that they had all day to rectify the problems.After I had returned, the cob webs had been cleaned but everything else was exactly the same.I again complained the following day when checking out and 50 Euros was deducted from my bill.I would certainly not stay at the hotel again. I was told that the air conditioning works for the entire building and that when they feel it is cold, they turn it from cooling to heating.Doesn't help us that are used to the British climate.The hotel itself is situated in a busy - almost industrial looking part of Nice and everything is a 20 minute walk away from you.Not a good hotel and far from a 4 star hotel.
