 "One of the best experiences that I ever had"
Everything was great, me and my mum stated there for long weekend and we had the most amazing time. The only downside was there was a technical problem with Internet but the rest such as location and staff were helpful.

 "Very helpful staff and great central location"
Pros: Very helpful staff and great central location.
Cons: Access to the balcony was very difficult, no free gift in the room as advertised and when i enquired i was given a small bottle of essential oil that apparently helps you sleep, not really worth advertising. the bar service left a lot to be desired.

Pros: Location of this hotel is superb, really helpful staff, clean spacious room with lovely balcony, will definately stay here again.
Cons: Bar service was little slow as it was covered by reception staff an if busy period we had to wait a while.

Pros: I forgot my laptop in my room when i checked out and the cleaning woman gave it to the manager to send back to me.
Cons: Dirty carpets. they should change or clean the carpets!

Pros: The staff were very helpful when we checked in. the room was clean. the hotel was in a good position and within walking distance for restaurants and shops.
Cons: The sofa bed was not very comfortable, but apart from that everything was very good.

Pros: Perfect location as only a few streets from the promenade des anglais. reception staff were excellent as whatever we asked regarding trips/transport they new the answer. i cannot comment on the pool as we did not get chance to use it, we were so busy seeing the sights. i would definitely stay here again as it is so central to everything in nice.
