"Room at the back with no view but very quiet"

Pros: Room at the back with no view but very quiet.
Cons: We asked them to reserve a car for us for our trip to the airport. they neglected to do so.

"Wonderful view from the rooftop restaurant and pool"

Pros: Wonderful view from the rooftop restaurant and pool. great to have a balcony off the room and roll down blinds to make the room dark.
Cons: The rooms, pool and the hotel in general is outdated and needs to be refurbished.

"The hotel is centrally located in nice"

Pros: The hotel is centrally located in nice. whilst comfortable, the air conditioning appears to be centrally controlled which means you cannot choose the temperature of the room yourself. the hotel feels like it was decorated in the 1960's with a lot of very dark wood in smallish rooms which is a bit oppressive. we found it expensive for what it is. other hotels at similar prices have much better decor and are better maintained. i would not consider this hotel a 4 star.

Pros: They could not find our reservation but more than made up for any inconvenience and upgraded us to a very nice room. the people there are wonderful and as a result we will continue to stay there. the location and property are just as nice!

Pros: The staff was really kind ang great location.
Cons: We had to keep the curtain closed due to the proximity of the other buildings (everyone could see inside the room) and tv didn’t work very well.
