Very clean, if somewhat dreary room decor. thought it had been completely renovated from website. very helpful & friendly, welcoming staff.
I had clearly requested a twin room on your website, adding in the comments box that i was booking a room for myself and my mother. i had the july email copy with me. they had us as mr & mrs and were cleqrly flustered, as they needed to change the room arrangements. we had a duplex for the same price which was ok.Anonymous
