Annie, the lovely landlady is very helpful (good advices and loads of guides) and makes delicious breakfast (juice, coffee, tea, selection of tasty breads, butter, cheese, joghurt, fruits and even some meat). the villa location is fine. from the airport take bus 98 to the train station and change to bus 4. it's cheap and stops in front of the house. free wifi is excellent. all in all if you travel to nice on budget this is the place for you but don't get your hopes high.Our room was not so clean but still acceptable. annie has two houses usually full with guests and she runs them alone. this is why sometimes things slip out of her hands a bit but nothing serious. also be prepared for 2 dogs. they are very nice but spending their days mostly inside the house.Irvine

Delightful expirence with a lady who is dedicated in seeing al visitors are comfortable are informed and enjoy there stay, wonderfull place we will return.
