 "Very nice overall"
Everything is perfect. Nothing to complain. The only problem might be the bar service. Not quite well honestly. I booked the room in advance with discounts, otherwise the price is a little bit expensive.

 "The location of hotel is fantastic"
Pros: The location of hotel is fantastic. immense view of the sea from balcony. it was e.g. easy to go running to the promenade des anglais. the old town is also near-by. we didn't have breakfast in this hotel at all, anyway we found good places to eat rolls, omelette etc.
Cons: Continuous traffic noise 24/7 was coming from outside even in the balcony door was up and down function louvers, it doesn't help in the night-time.
