"Receptionists were very happy to speak english with me"
Pros: Receptionists were very happy to speak english with me. inside was clean and tidy. they are also very helpful at direction (to congress center using tram b at nearby main stop) and put them down in a small card for me. nice small shower room. the room facing the river, quite romantic. around the corner is an arab/turkish restaurant with good foods. petit france is just 5-min walk on your left at the main exit/entrance. very family-orientated because i saw quite a few couples with kids (younger and grown up) in and out of the hotel.
Cons: I was surprised to see its 'old' architecture when i walked closer towards it from the main train station. it seems not very well-maintained outside, and entrance was small. i almost thought that it was out of business already when approaching it. surprise surprise, inside was exceptionally clean. i don't remember a coffee/tea set, no iron or iron board if you are on business.
