Pros: The hotel has a convenient location to the station and to the city center, which is only about a 20-30 minute walk, but you can also take a tram about a block away. there are a series of bridges along the way, which makes the walk very pleasant. the room was very spacious and the design was nice and modern.
Cons: The receptionist seemed to be extremely condescending, impatient, and overall unhelpful behind a very thin veil of cordiality. she did the bare minimum to help us, and even misinformed me about the tram service. make sure breakfast is included in your rate before going into the dining area because it will cost you an arm and a leg, but you would be led to believe it's included.
