In contrast to below, the guy on reception on our return visit was very friendly, helpful and communicative.
The 2 french staff on duty when we arrived were very unfriendly, unhelpful, rude, unrelational. there were no please, thank yous, sorrys, smiles, or even any eye contactHeaton
