Châlons en Champagne Hotels and Accommodation

Châlons-en-Champagne, located in the northeast part of France, is known for the Collégiale Notre-Dame-en-Vaux which is a UNESCO national heritage site. This Church was constructed in the 7th century and was rebuilt in the 12th century after it collapsed. Through time, Roman and Gothic influences shaped the architecture of the church. At the same time the Notre Dame was built, Cathédrale Saint-Étienne and Église Saint-Alpin were also under construction. Another place of interest is their town hall, with a neo classical architecture; the town hall was constructed in the 18th century. In addition, there’s the Porte Sainte-Croix, built in the 18th century to honor Marie-Antionette’s arrival.
