Cons: The pull out sofa was filthy. the hotel staff was not very helpful. they directed us to the city center tourist office to get information.
Cons: The air-conditioningin our appartment was not working. we called the receptionist who did try to help, but was unable to fix it, of course, she is not a trianed electrician. but this should have been tested prior to letting out the room.
secondly, we then tried to use the mobile fan provided. that too did not work .by this time we were too tired after a very long drive into reims . so did not bother calling the receptionist once again. being quite a hot still evening, (24th april, we had a rather uncomfortable nights sleep.
