Pros: Right next to a metro that gets to the city in 2 or 3 stops. free wifi, cheap and secure underground parking, helpful staff who spoke english, nice weekend market right outside and a supermarket around the corner.
Cons: A few homeless people haning around in the area, but nothing major.
