Arrivals after office hours will be subject to a late check-in fee depending upon the hour as follows: EUR 10.00 for arrivals between 19:00 and 21:59 EUR 30.00 for arrivals between 22:00 and 23:59 EUR 40.00 for arrivals between 00:00 and 00:59 EUR 50.00 for arrivals after 01:00.
A refundable damage deposit - EUR 200 for small apartments, EUR 300 for bigger apartments - is required upon arrival. This will be refunded after check-out, once the apartment has been proven free of damage.
