Pros: Great hotel! very friendly staff. we missed our flight and came one day late - they did not charge us for the first day. also, even though our room was not ready when we got there, they did all that they could to make us comfortable. we were allowed to change and leave our bags in an extra room while our room was being cleaned. overall, the rooms are very clean. the hotel is quiet and the location is phenomenal. you are just a short walk from the eiffel tower. there is a supermarket right around the corner as well as many fabulous restaurants. i will definitely be coming back.

Pros: Alma hotel is in an excellent location and the reception staff are very nice give you lots of information and speak english very well
Cons: Nothing negative, the elavator was a bit slow when the staff were cleaning the rooms

Pros: Perfect location for people on sight seeing tour.

Pros: It was nice to be so close to the eiffel tower and within blocks of restaurants, cafés, etc. it's located on a quaint little street which was nice - not too loud and not too quiet.
Cons: I am only 5'4" and i couldn't sit on the toilet without having my knees touch the wall in front of me. the bathroom was incredibly small but i made it work. the walls were also very thin as i could make out whole conversations in the room next to me, but i didn't understand the language so i took it more as background noise than an irritating distraction. for the price, i gladly accept what i pay for.

Pros: It was in a great location, great for just a couple of nights.
Cons: The lift wasnt in a very good state of repair. the stairs were steep and not very wide, more toilet roll. no tea or coffee condiments.
