Location isn't bad, train and metro right there but really substandard rooms. Dirty, run down. My door had clearly been kicked open at some time in the past. Was cheap... but almost by the hour cheap feeling.

We just wanted a place to sleep at a reasonable price, so this fit our purposes just fine. If you're looking for luxury and "extra perks", this is not the place for you. The staff was very kind and accommodating. No complaints

Cons: Mixed up our reservation so instead of two single rooms, they only had reserved one twin room! also very smokey room

Pros: Excellent location, surprisingly quiet for central paris and we slept very well. decent shower. very friendly staff. price includes breakfast. fine as a cheap base in paris.
Cons: Typically french electrical wiring - would be a hazard with small children. no shaver socket in bathroom.

Cons: They told us they send us mail that there was no place there but we didnt get it on time and camethere. eventually they found us a room, but it was very small one.

Pros: - the personal was very friendly and always helped as (with our rooms, but also with informations about paris and the metro)
- the way to the metro was very short (only 1 minute)
- breakfast was really nice, we got everything what we wanted and always could ask for more to eat.
Cons: - there was a mistake in our bathroom (water stayed on the bathroom floor one morning), but we could change the room (for us it was good, but we thought, that another group of people got into our room without checking the mistake)

Pros: The hotel staff was very helpfull and very respectable. breakfast ok, not that great(limited breakfast no buffet available). exellent location very near to the metro.
Cons: The standard of the room's are not as expected for a 2 star hotel. we got a room where phone did not work and the wash basin was clogged, then we had to request for change of room and we got it (very helpful staff)

Pros: The reception area of the hotel is not in good condition and the rooms are not sparkly clean. the reception staff, however was extremely nice and the breakfast was excellent, as the location of the hotel which is very easy to access.
Cons: The bathrooms need some work done and so are the carpets in the rooms

Pros: The owner is nice and one of night shift manager (french guy) is also very good and friendly. the hotel is very near by train station and easy to go everywhere.
Cons: The location seems not safe at night and a bit unsafe for girl too (even though nothing happens to me). one of night shift manager (south africa guy) was very rude, impolite and is not helpful at all. as well the room is a bit small!
