"Nice hotel"

It's located quite close to the all POI. 30m walk to Eifel tower. Close to the Metro and if you take Metro it's just 10m from the hotel to the Eifel tower. Very friendly stuff. Would recommend to everybody.

"Great location"

Nice small hotel right located next to a Paris metro exit, this made traveling around Paris on the metro easier to get back to the room. The rooms are on the small side, the breakfast on the lite side but I was in Paris and only needed to sleep at the hotel not hang out, The staff is very friendly and will assist with all questions and speaks English. There are many hotels to choose from but I found this was worth the price and the effort. I will use it again when on my next visit to Paris.

Cons: They try to make you pay for breakfast even if you have said that you dont want it + the cleaning lady was v. anxious to get us out of the room at 10. we paid for the room until 12 right?

Cons: It is relatively far if you want to walk to the very centre of paris (15-20 minutes to jardin du luxembourg). the surroundings of the hotel do not look great at night.
