Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We did have to wait until we checked out to pay and it was more expensive than easytobook stated but we had a very pleasant stay. There was a slight hiccup with the room when we first arrived however this was sorted out and the staff were deeply apologetic and made up for it with lovely service. Would definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone as its in such a good location

From the time we checked in we were greated by the friendly night porter. However, the remaining staff made no effort to be friendly or simply smile when we wished them a good day. Instead we felt so unwelcomed at this hotel by the staff joking at our expense, the housekeeper screaming at us infront of other guests when we checked out for moving her cleaning bin out of the elevator which she left in there whilst she chatted to the hotel manager - we were so humiliated.It was such a horrible stay that we really only wanted to go back to the hotel when we were absolutely exhausted that we had no other option but to go there.Although the location is brilliant, I would really recommend finding elsewhere to stay if you are looking for non abusive and friendly staff.

Pros: The staff were lovely and very helpful. in particular the young girl. i was allowed to leave my bag in the lobby for the day when i was leaving, it wasn't secured but nothing happened to it.
Cons: The room was quite small, but i was only staying one night. the key was really hard to use and i had to ask reception to help me open the door. i was on the ground floor but i saw upstairs and the rooms seemed a little nicer. the room had a door between it and the room next to it and i had trouble sleeping because you could hear the people next door talking pretty loudly through the door. i wouldn't want to stay there for an extended period of time.

Pros: Simple, just around the corner from the metro, a very nice cafe on the corner near by which was great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Cons: They tried to move us to their sister hotel but we were with friends and after many e-mails they accommodated us and upgraded our room so we were very happy with the outcome
