Pros: The hotel is perfectly clean and convenient. the rooms are unusual for paris in that they are very spacious. the staff was incredible and met and exceeded any expectation. very friendly staff !!!!

Pros: Helpful staff, though on check in the young lady assisting us did not help with the luggage (she was about 25 years of age). clean spacious room - good pillows. quiet !
Cons: No help with luggage. outrageously expensive bottled water in rooms. poor lift - slow and small.

Pros: Location of the hotel is really good, 2min walk from champs elysses and metro line.
Cons: Rooms colour was not good, the facilities (iron, ironing board, reception timing) wasnt the best. had to leave the key back with reception which isnt comforting. it was too pricey for what it provided. this is more of a 3star instead of a 4.
