Cons: I always like a fitness center, though these seem rare in any paris hotel. asked desk clerk to call us a taxi that would take a credit card for the trip to the airport and reiterated that very clearly. taxi came and did not take credit card. she then said the one that does, would not have any cars for several hours. quite frustrating.
the breakfast was disappointing
Cons: Noisy plumbing in bathroom, eg. could hear shower / toilet flush from another apartment (insultation around pipes may help). could also hear trains rumbling in subway beneath building (to be expected as only a few blocks away from montparnasse station - major paris station).
Cons: No iron in the rooms, they offer an outside service but that's not much use if you have left your ironing

Cons: The hotel was having building works done, so banging began on weekdays spot on 9.00am. the hotel was offering evening drinks and nibbles by the front desk as compensation. view this as your alarm clock that paris awaits!
