Pros: Good sized, very clean room in quiet area. mdme catrix was an excellent host, and given the fact that she spoke little english, and we little french, we still communicated, and she was very helpful. our main reason for the stay was to attend a concert at the bercy arena, with a little sight seeing thrown in. the location was perfectly situated for both, 2 metro stops from the arena, and 5 to the centre of paris. the nearesdt metro is at the top of the road, approx.200m from the apartment. excellent value, and would stay again.
