"Good location, but very small rooms and not convenient beds"

That was a two day trip for me and wife. Location of the hotel is good - 15 minutes by walk and you are near Opera. Rooms are very small. Corridors are small also, but that a typical for such hotels, I think. If you travel alone - good choice, if travel with family or even with kids - do not even think about that hotel.

"nice quiet street to escape the hustle and bustle of Paris!"

I enjoyed my stay and the hotel was quiet and peaceful.. just what I was looking for. I was in a cute little garret room at the top of the hotel, with my own washroom and TV and phone. Double bed, fresh cotton linens, nice view down to the street, and no noise problems. I could hear the people next door if the washroom door wasnt closed, but that was easy to fix of course!I found the price reasonable, and the location is right between Gare d´Est and Gare du Nord, easy to access the subway. A bit of a hike via subway if going to the other stations.

"This is not a 4 start hotel by any means!! tiny rooms, can barely move..."

Pros: This is not a 4 start hotel by any means!! tiny rooms, can barely move around. we were too tired to complain about anything but if you decide to go, beware.. it can also be considered "dirty" by american standards and the rooms smelled moldy.
Cons: Yes! i booked 2 beds, got there to find a room with one bed. i was forced to share that with my friend. the room were not worth what i paid for at all!!

Pros: The hotel was clean, easy to locate and walking distance from gard du nord. the bathroom was a bit dated but functioned well and the air con worked too.
Cons: Small room but this is indicative of paris so i suppose an expected situation.
