Pros: Very helpful members of staff, we had a kid staying with us and they were very helpful keeping the buggie downstairs and heating up the milk at any time of day or night

Pros: 24 hour reception
Cons: I tried to modify my reservation in advance so i wouldn't be charged and they still ended up charging me, and were quite rude about it

Pros: Warm friendly staff who spoke good english

Pros: The room was clean when we arrived and the staff were very helpful and spoke very good english. brilliant location, we could walk everywhere.

Pros: Staff was helpful. most desk personnel spoke english. housekeeping was very efficient.
Cons: Breakfast was expensive for what was offered. front rooms are very noisy. plumbing sounds are loud room to room.
