Pros: Counserge was wonderful and very helpful, all staff we met were there for us.
Cons: I requested 1 double bed, but had two small twins, which is very unsatisfactory, also there was no fridge in the room. room was very basic and not matched value for money.

Pros: On arrival, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. all inquiries were met with a positive answer and pleasant smile. the rooms may have been small, but the staff, location and rooms were very acceptable. again i must mention the warmth and friendliness of the reception staff

Pros: We had a great experience at this hotel, the staff were very helpful above and beyond the call of duty. we wanted to book a show last minute and the staff member at reception spent at least 20 minutes calling many different agencies until he finally got us a place, very helpful and friendly!

Pros: Nice location, close to metro station and bus stop. places to eat are close, and a supermarket.
Cons: The worst employee at the front desk ever. she was not polite nor professional, interrupted me when talking. after a couple of minutes trying to talk to her i had to ask for the manager, who was the opposite of her and helped us with our problem. manager was very nice, as well as the other employees that i ran into during the rest of my stay.
