Pros: Staff support and understanding

Pros: The staff was very kind and always helpful.

Pros: Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms.
Cons: Room very hot and stuffy, aircon did not appear to work.

Cons: By the time we arrived the hotel was overbooked, so after a long time of dispute they put us in another bw hotel which, by the way, was better than astra opera

Cons: The bathroom was very small.antehre is no alcohol exept heineken beer

Pros: - good service, friendly staff
- free wifi is always ok :)
- near to just about everything: opera house, shopping, louvre etc
Cons: - small rooms (at least, the 402 was)
- warm despite only being 15 degrees c outside, no airco; had to open window to the street, which was very noisy. maybe non-street rooms are better though.
- breakfast at € 28 is way too expensive, esp. with a € 9 breakfast across the street.
- no option to make coffee / tea in rooms.
- minibar is a flat ripoff (€7 for a drink) but i guess that figures.

all in all though i don't think it deserves its super high rating.

Pros: Very clean, calm street, no noise, nice bathroom, great breakfast, good location, and friendly staff.

Pros: The hotel was fantastically well located, within a few yards of the grands magasins (printemps, galleries lafayette), yet in a side-street, therefore incredibly quiet for a parisian hotel. there were three different tube and rer accesses nearby, and the champs elysees were within walking distance. the hotel looked freshly and tastefully renovated. service was friendly, staff going that extra mile that denotes a four-star. the room was spacious (again, given the central parisian location), well-heated, and clean. breakfast was served in a spacious room and offered quality beyond the standard continental fare (fresh pastries, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit salad...). i highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Excellent location. lovely room- need to get deal price for good value. breakfast 18euro! within walking distance of most attractions. plenty of restaurants/cafes near by for breakfasts/supper. would reccomend les close de bourguoinin for supper.(50 metres). typical "allo allo" although it was beaujolais nouvea night.!! would stay here again.
Cons: Cost of breakfast. 18eu. beware of rooms near lift.

Pros: Located in a nice and safe neighborhood area which also provide easy access to city subway system and other facilities.
Cons: Water will spill over to the floor after taking a shower. should provide a curtain so that water won't accumulate on the bathroom floor.

Cons: We were supposed to get 2 separate beds. we got small room with one double bad. however' they gave us extra stuff room to solve the problem. it was a tiny room... the next night they gave us the right room - a nice one

Pros: The hotel was in a good location, central to most sights.
Cons: When i came to pay on checking out i was charged more than what the room said it cost on the website. it is not made clear that credit cards are given to reserve your room. i was presented with reciepts with numbers and figures on that bared no relevance to any price i had seen on the website. on a minor point there was no shower curtain meaning potential for broken necks. would not stop in a best western again.

Pros: Room was lovely with a huge bed and was extremely clean. the hotel was in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of 2 or 3 metro stations

Pros: Clean, fresh, good-sized room, pleasant decor. good location. good base for exploring paris. friendly, efficent staff. very quiet... no bar/restuarant in the hotel (and no noise from outside!) excellent
Cons: No coffee/tea making facilities in the room
