Pros: The hotel staff was very helpful and nice but not very knowledgable.
Cons: I had reserved parking also but they forgot, so i had to park in a public parkhouse which the hotel receptionist told would cost me e33.00 total for two days. matter of fact was i had to pay $62.00 total. also the rooms are very small.

Pros: The staff were all very freidnly on our vist. francis helped us alot with travelling around paris every day he helped us were to go by tube and if we needed a cab he called it for us. really appriciate the help he gave us.
Cons: We had a breakast one morning wich we paid 18euros each but we had it in our room we wasnt asked were we wanted it. so all we had was orange tea stick and crossaints. but after we had eaten we see people eating fruit hot food and ceral at a table so we was very dissapointed paying all that money but not acctually getting the full value but by the time we had realised we wasnt hungry nay more. were as if we knew we would have eaten the hot food first. we wasnt fully explained about the breakfast we had on our stay.

Cons: The hotel not well equipted when i ask for the bottle openner.
the monring i check out the staff had refused let me extend my check out for 30 minutes and i personally felt that she is a bit rude.

Pros: Good service, good breakfast,- although expensive, showerwater shifting back and forth from ice cold to scolding hot, cold poolwater, exellent close to -metro. streetmarked straight outside the door on thursday <8.

Pros: The cleanliness of the hotel was admirable,the staff took every care to ensure that every corner was spic and spin.although from the outside one one could have the impression of an average hotel,the inside is indeed excellently decorated with a very nice pool/gym area and the rooms fairly sized with equally beautiful decor with very comfortable bed,lcd tv all that one needs in the bathroom.very friendly staff and english speaking as well.
Cons: The hotel is expensive and not in the best location although not bad.no particular views from the room windows.breakfast is not included in the high price one pays and if you do have breakfast you are charged 20euros per person.

Pros: The pool was nice and the hotel was quiet. we all got a good nights sleep.
Cons: We didn't realize it until morning, but we slept on dirty sheets. there was menstrual blood staining the sheets where i slept! it was so disgusting! they didn't offer to give us a free night for staying in a dirty room, but they did give us clean sheets for the next night. and the whole room and the pool smelled of mold. so don't stay here if you have mold allergies.

Pros: We had a great time, the staff are really friendly and the hotel is clean throughout. would defiantly go back again.
Cons: The mini bar was expensive, and the fact they added 10euro on the price for tax, which we wernt warned about.

Pros: The hotel room was small but clean and well maintained.rear room on 6th floor was very quite. downside is no windows to ventilate apart from aircon. swimming pool very nice, would definitely stay there again. i was even allowed to book in early too.
