Good value for cost. Room very small as expected. Hotel a bit rundown and apparently under some renovation. Location was very good.

"Great location"
Pros: Great location. the bistro du 7ieme across the road was an excellent traditional restaurant and good value at 25 euros. service was good and reception pleasant and helpful. the room and bathroom were fine though the loo flush was rather antiquated. the room was comfortably furnished, had a good sized desk which enabled me to work and the king sized bed was very comfortable. we didn't try the breakfast as there is a bakers round the corner that does good breakfasts for 5 euros.
Cons: We asked for a quiet room but got one overlooking the main road. the double glazing was effective but noise levels prevented us from opening the windows most of the time. there is a nice internal courtyard area and a room overlooking that would be quieter.
the website said that there was free wifi access .... which there was but with a time limit of 15 minutes. this was unhelpful.
