Pros: The room was very clean and staff friendly. the location was very good plenty of restaurants and cafes and the jardin du luxembourg was only a short distance away. we enjoyed going there.
Cons: The only thing was that the room was quite small but once we'd sorted out where to put everything we were ok. it would have been nice to have a facility to make coffee or tea in the room.

Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned each day with fresh towels provided, daily if wanted. it is a great location for bars and restaurants and all the main tourist attractions.
Cons: The room was basic and not what was expected from the website. there were no tea and coffee facilities provided. there is a small lift, not suitable for anyone suffering with claustraphobia. there are however stairs to the sixth floor.

Pros: The location is great. very close to rer station saint michel, very good location within quartier latin, very close to mabert mutualité metro station
Cons: Yes. the air conditionning was not working but they tried to solve the problem. the furniture: the desk in the room is of very poor quality also for the chair (not recommended to work)

Pros: The reception staff was helpful and kind. they all speak english, so i didn't feel any language difficulty. the room that i stayed was very simple, but the bed was comfortable and very clean. free wi-fi is useful in the room, so i could contact my family and friends anytime i was there.
Cons: If there were a mirror and a small refrigerator provided in the room, it would be perfect!

Pros: Nice and cosy hotel. very clean rooms, and very nice and helpfull staff. free internet to use! and it`s only 5 mins walk to notre dam, and to saint michel and st.germans many pubs. we are going here again, and can warmly recomend it to others! we got much value for the money!

Pros: The location was great. the room was kept tidy and neat everyday which was lovely. also it was great that it was open 24hrs.
Cons: Well all i would say is that the check in staff were not very friendly. we were given no information upon arrival about the hotel in any way. people seemed more interested in talking to their 'friends' on the phone, than with us. this was disappointing, and made me feel quite unwelcome at times. it would have been nice to be more informed of the facilities of the hotel.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. the room was larger than we expected from other reviews (we stayed in #44). the location was superb
Cons: The lift is very small and noisy - it can be heard from the rooms - but it was not much of a problem. some of the decor needs tidying up, especially in the corridors.
