Pros: For the location and price, good value, very satisfactory and quiet "superior" room which siuted my purposes well. pleasant, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Toilet seat was not attached to bowl.

Pros: 2 minutes from gare du nord. good staff and a good sized room and bathroom for paris. lift. 24 hour reception.

Pros: It was quiet and convenient for our purpose, after intial reservations we found it comfortable and good value. we had a positive stay here.
Cons: The area this hotel is located in is not desirable for holiday makers but is good for train connections , the hotel is quite dated so first impressions are not great, however being mindful it is a one star it is not a bad hotel by any means.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and accommodating and dealt efficiently with our one complaint.
Cons: One of the rooms we used had been used for smoking - there was an ashtray in the room. also the main light did not work and the toilet was leaking.

Pros: Beds were comfortable and shower worked well.
Cons: A fan would have been helpful as we stayed there on some very hot days and there was no air moving.

Pros: Great location close to gare du nord. all we wanted was a clean double room with own bathroom to sleep after days of sightseeing. our expectations were exceeded, for it's closeness to transport and cheap price, this a great hotel.

Pros: The room and the bath room are clean. close to the main gare du nord station and lots of foodstore around. staf are friendly.
Cons: The rooms were not build sound proof. we can't hear the street traffic but i could hear the sound next door.need to open the window to sleep during summer. however, all were tolerable for short stay.

Pros: Muy bien ubicado respecto a medios de transporte. el baño adecuado y muy buena el agua caliente y la presiòn de la ducha. toallas y sàbanas limpias.
Cons: La habitaciòn tenìa mal olor y no estaba adecuadamente ventilada. no realizaron limpieza del baño ni de residuos durante mis dos dìas de estacia.
