"Paris in the rain"

Good location, all areas clean, comfy bed. Not the most friendliest welcome on front desk. continential breakfast was what you would expect to get. Over all a good B&B

"Springtime in Paris"

Great Hotel for the price, comfy room and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was a bit limited and dining area very small but staff were very courteous and we enjoyed our stay.

"Good hotel and location"

Hotel was nice and clean and breakfast was good with helpful staff. Set in a good location near to the Eiffel tower and Charles Michel metro station. The room was small but adequate for the requirements of our trip.

"Really good hotel."

This hotel is really good for someone, who wants just to stay there for several days and save money. Breakfast was good, lots of food. Every day room was cleaned. Reception is really nice as well. The location is not far away from Eiffel tower, so it is comfortable.

"OK-ish, but things didn't go so well"

For somewhere conveniently located and not too expensive it was not too bad. However, the heating system broke down while we were there, and on 2 of the 4 days we weren't able to have hot showers.The wifi system also went down on one day, which doesn't help if you are relying on it to plan.The wall of the room were padded cloth and a bit grubby. And the breakfast area was not big enough to accommodate all the guests if too many wanted breakfast at the same time.Other than that, it was not too bad.

"Can not fault the service"

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 days in Feb 2012. Great location , next to Metro, and 15 minute walk from Eifel Tower. Lots of supermarkets, cafe's and coffee shops within minutes. We had no hot water for two days which as you can imagine was a huge pain for us. However have to hand it to the owners who only charged us 92 Euro for 4 nights as way of compensation.Great wee hotel which i would have no hesitation in returning if we visit Paris again soon.

"good hotel"

clean,good service and location.we liked it,but it depends on what purpose you are coming.we needed it just for a sleep:)location was very good,not far from Eiffel tower and all other famous places.we were pleased with everything.

Pros: Location is 10mins walk from the eifel tower, which was perfect on new years eve. good restaurants in walking distance. two metro stations in close proximity that go in the heart of tourist locations.
Cons: Nothing negative about the hotel, just that it would be best to get the metro from the charles de gaule airport rather than pay €70, i unfortunately didn't do my research on the metro before arriving.

very good although you said we would only pay 325 euros and we had to pay 352euros...why did you get this information wrong??
Cons: No the hotel was good in every way. the staff were very helpful and ahtough the breakfast was very basic it was good enough.

Pros: Rooms were renovated, location of the hotel was great, didn't hear the traffic at all, it's situated in quiet side-street. there were couple of grocery shops too just around the corner.
Cons: Breakfast could have been better. coffee was excellent thou.
