Pros: There was confusion over our booking as we arrived after our daughter had already checked in and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. room was clean and roomy, bathroom excellent, location very convenient - walked to louvre, on-off bus almost at the door.
Cons: Very minor - lift is tiny - wireless internet a bit inconsistent.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff and great location.
Cons: The hotel was being refurbished with many walls torn out to rebuild. it should have been closed while this was happening, as the noise was dreadful, especially at night. the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were dirty and should have been replaced. i did not feel secure in my room at night as the doors could not be locked from the inside.
