On arrival reception staff couldn't have been more friendly but remainder of staff helpful but unfriendly. When we asked to see another room they complied but seemed put out and surprised. Next room worse than ours, smelt terrible, torn upholstery on sofa, dirty,old carpet & very noisy room as closer to street level ( level 2). On reflection our room , a 1 bedroom suite (level 4 although noisy & shabby & dark) with its torn sofa upholstery, old & stained carpet & very uncomfortable sofa bed for our 19 year old daughter was better. No ventilation fans in either toilet or bathroom which wasn't great. The whole atmosphere was old & dirty,however the bathroom had been renovated & was nice & clean. Great location of hotel but not up to Citadines standard of accommodation. Our previous experiences of Citadines accommodation in Paris were of a much better standard.

Pros: A fantastic sojourn, we had a big room with beautiful views over the rooftops of paris, a complete kitchen with all you need and a really big, clean bathroom, we loved it.
