 "Close to the tube"
Pros: Close to the tube...quiet location...older place but adequate for tourist needs.
Cons: Desk clerk was unable to help us get the in-room safe to work. he told us that previous users shut it instead of leaving it open. offered no help to fix the problem

 "It was right by the metro and easy to get about from"
Pros: It was right by the metro and easy to get about from. the shower was good.
Cons: They were decorating and you could smell the fumes in our room. we could hear the traffic and only saw 2 staff and they didn't speak to us.

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, our room was small with no view at all all i can say is we slept there room was however clean
Cons: We would not stay again the room was not very pleasent. i would not recommend this room for any reason other than location and the room was very clean

Pros: Rooms clean and calm decor; comfortable beds and very clean bedlinen and towels...rooms were cleaned and beds made daily
Cons: Couple of items of clothing went missing..socks and shorts...also felt quite intimidated when hotel staff were arguing one morning in corridor
