 "The hotel staff were polite"
Pros: The hotel staff were polite.
Cons: We had booked a triple room, however it was a very small double room with a camp bed squashed into it and therefore no room for us to move - let alone use the wardrobe as the bed was in front of this. the lighting in the bathroom was terrible, which didn't help as the main light above the sink was not working. even though we asked for this to be fixed, nothing was done about it.

Pros: Excellent location, very friendly staff and you quickly feel at home there. bathroom is clean and bed sheets are changed daily.. in general very good house keeping
Cons: An extra bed was put on the corridor leading to the rooms on the floor which we stayed on and the corridors are very tiny so this bed occupied a space for no reason regardless the fact that the corridors are very tiny and actually didnt look good.

Cons: Refer to reservation no. 777766-a : instead of three twin rooms, they had given us a four person room and a twin room. for the four person room, the published tariff is 249 euro. they have taken 264 euro from us as two twin rooms. so excess 15 euro may be refunded to my credit card account.
