Pros: The staff were very helpful. the hotel is well located. when i complained about the noise in the night the staff were apologetic and helped me find a more suitable room in another hotel.
Cons: From midnight till 4 am there was disco music. also the central heating noise was irritating and i did not sleep most of the night. i had to change hotels as there was no other room that the staff could guarantee no noise during the night.

Pros: The hotel location was excellent and basic facilities were of a generally high standard. i would describe it readily as a superior three star hotel and the important essentials i.e. bed and bathroom were clean and very well equipped, though the bathroom was a little small. the french front office staff were polite, though detached in that uniquely french way but all staff were extremely efficient and attention was prompt.
Cons: The room we were assigned was nothing like the website photos. as this was a special occasion - a silver wedding anniversary, this was disappointing. however, i should acknowledge that at time of booking i booked the last available room and location was a more important consideration.

Pros: The location is excellent.the staff is courteous and helpful.rooms are clean and adequately sized for the location. washrooms are quite lagre and modern.
