 "hotel est"
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were very small and bathroom cramped without hooks to hang anything, bathroom floor would be partly flooded after showering and in general the rooms were old and shabby. But we rarely spent time in the room so it was adequate for our needs..The location of the hotel was very good, walking distance [if youre fairly fit] to most famous areas and metros..

"Perfect for a Paris trip with teenage daughters"
Stayed here with my 2 girls for a low-cost weekend in Paris and can't fault it. The hotel is close to the Gare du Nord/Gare de l'Est and the Metro. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, staff are extremely helpful (all speak good English) and breakfast was simple but plentiful and good value for money. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel after checkout which allowed us to spend the whole day unencumbered by baggage! Not a luxury hotel by any stretch of the imagination but they're not pretending to be. All in all, excellent value and will definitely stay there again.

 "One night in Paris"
Good value , noisy outside but that is not the hotels fault . Very friendly staff . Even the coffee from the machine was good !

 "Not good"
I have stayed there for 4 days. You will make it if you stay there but do not expect a nice 3 star hotel like you have tried else where. The rooms are old and you feel they have been there for 100 years. Internet and breakfast is for extra money (breakfast for 8 euro pp). 5 min walk for the nearest metro station and close to a supermarket.

 "Est Hotel Paris"
The only concern I have with the hotel is related to sleep quality due mainly to the stiffness of the mattress.Breakfast was good, price wise and hearty.

"We could see the top of the eiffel tower from our room!"
Pros: We could see the top of the eiffel tower from our room!
Cons: It says 3-star, but the rooms are old and the door frames are falling apart.
