The only concern I have with the hotel is related to sleep quality due mainly to the stiffness of the mattress.Breakfast was good, price wise and hearty.

Very friendly.Generally very clean!We had a reservation for a triple bedroom.There were three different beds: one soft, one mid-soft and a bad one (extremely hard).

Pros: We could see the top of the eiffel tower from our room!

Pros: The staff was quite friendly, especially the ladies. on our last day after we checked our from the hotel, they even offered for us to put our baggage in the hotel for us to go sight-seeing without us asking.
Cons: The area seemed a little dodgy, especially in the evenings. it's close to gare de l'est and gare du nord but would have chosen to stay at central paris instead as an afterthought.

Pros: The hotel is consider well located as i wanted to be near the main train station as well as metro. there are a number of small restaurants as well as a mini about 5 minutes walk from hotel. for a 2 star status, i should not be complaining about the service level.read some negative remarks regarding bedbugs but i did not encounter such experience in both the rooms that i booked.
Cons: We book 2 rooms and the one facing the main road is a bit noisy but tolerable. the buiding and rooms are pretty old and dull,can do with some renovation.
