"Staff very helpful except the day we checked out the owner dealt with us..."

The large department stores, the Opera, the Marais district, the Georges-Pompidou Centre, as well as the the famous Hotel du Nord movie site are also close at hand. Or what about visiting rue du Château d'Eau? It has fabulous boutiques and shopping opportunities. The Excelsior hotel Paris offers guests a good starting point for discovering all Paris has to offer! Pros: Staff very helpful except the day we checked out the owner dealt with us and never asked us how our stay was , he never spoke , just took our money we were disapointed with that.
Cons: The lifts didnt always work and we were on the 6th floor
