 "Greaet value, really nice people"
I was visiting my daughter so didn't expect to spend a lot of time in the hotel; just wanted a clean, quiet room to sleep. It was perfect. Certainly not a luxury hotel but great value and great location.

 "UNCOOPERATIVE"
When we booked, we asked for two single beds as my wife was travelling with her nephew. On arrival, the room had one single double bed so my wife asked if they could be given a room with two single beds. She was told that there were none available at that time but that the hotel would move them to a room with two single beds the following day. The next day no such room was offered to them and, on enquiring, my wife was ignored and they were not moved to an appropriate room during the length of their stay (3 nights). We will definitely not be using this hotel again nor recommending it to our friends.

It's totally not sound-proof. I had to wait every nearby room's every activity done then to sleep. One of front desk clerk is very helpful and another one has attitude for English speaking people.

Pros: Staff were friendly, room was clean, ensuite worked well. perfect as a cheap and cheerful place to stay while visiting paris. location great, felt safe walking around and near 2 metros. good cafes nearby and a small grocery store.
