Pros: Location excellent , very clean rooms.
Cons: Wifi too slow to be used , rooms are very small but very clean

Pros: Staffs are so kind and very helpful. provided information about the attractions. room was excellent & hygienic and my child enjoyed a lot.

Pros: Quiet, clean and well located close to the metro sttion and a good neighbourhood

Pros: Fantastic location and very clean!!! no problems . smooth check in and check out . english speaking staff .
Cons: Expected a kettle with tea coffee facilities in the room - not present .
breakfast not really worth it !!! easier to find a better and more fresh breakfast just outside in a cafe !!!

Cons: One staff member at front office was not at all helpful[male]breakfast was extremely basic,and had we not had to pay for the 4 days up front we would have gone elsewhere.rooms were only adequate,showers ran out of hotwater in the morning,fittings were broken,sheet had a hole in it.fridge dirty.

Pros: Friendly and helpful hotel staff. modest room but spotlessly clean. excellent location near to the metro.
Cons: I had reserved a twin room - 2 widowed lasies travelling together - we were given a double bed, however it was two beds pushed together so we managed ok.

Pros: Clean, tidy, easy to find, close to metro, buzzing area

Cons: No ... i hv good impression of the hotel & staff ... maybe if electrial kettle can be provided to room wud make it better.

Pros: Night staff and non managerial staff were friendly.it was very close to the metro, this is about the only thing that is not lied about on the internet booking site.
Cons: The management was very rude, inpolite and uncouth. the room that we stayed in was far too crowded and although catered for a triple family, the the third bed was a piece of foam on a wire frame. very uncomfortable to sleep in and once you awake from it you will suffer back pain. don't be fooled by the rooms with eifel tower view, all that you can view of the eifel tower is the top. the lift is very small and can transport one large suitcase and one passenger between the floors. the corridors on the floor we stayed in had bad smells and nothing could be done about that. there is no flexibility from the hotel if you experience dissatisfaction. the reception area is very small and crowded and the internet desk is in a small corner behind the reception desk offering no privacy in the event you would like to skype. there is a boardroom facility that is also off limits to guests which is a pity.
