Pros: The location is really good, very close to a metro station what allows you to go wherever you want. one man of the staff was very kind and helpful, but others not.
Cons: The room has a fair size, but the bathroom is amazingly small. you can hardly take a shower due to the size of the shower space. cleaning must be improved.

Pros: Just after our stay in rooms they wanted more than was stated on the initial reservation account. finally, everything is solved and i left completely satisfied. i recommend this hotel younger couples or travelers. comfortable rooms, good staff, great location.

Pros: Hotel was very clean, the male receptionists were ever so helpful and friendly, the room we stayed in was a family room as we traveled with our 2 yr old and it was close to the elevator, he had his own bed and our linen was changed daily. it's not a 5* hotel but it was good enough for us as we spent most of our time sightseeing. lots of nearby shops and restaurants as well as the metro in the next street so a very easy location especially when travelling with small children. there's a park nearby with a river so you can walk around and enjoy watching the river boats. i would suggest to take your own food and snacks as the local supermarekt is very expensive (15 euro for a pkt of baby wipes!)
Cons: Do not use the internet in the reception area. it's 1 euro for 10 minutes but after using it for 2 minutes the internet cut off and when i put more money in, the same thing happened - you don't get your full 10 mins at all. reception are limited in what they can do besides reimburse you your 1 euro!

Pros: The room was clean and location was excellent. front desk person was helpful in booking the cab back to the airport.
Cons: Front desk should be trained a litte more on english speaking. house keeping was rude when we asked for towels.
